Hi Line , yes they have a free plan for a small list to get you going. As for how many emails should you send more is better with a minimum of once a month however, I believe two weeks is about right.
Therefore write out a list of topics so you have enough for at least 6 months so you are not scrambling for ideas every week. Remember it is for entertainment and education, not hard selling.

Regarding email marketing, it’s a highly popular method of internet marketing and making profit. From my experience I know that to profit from this method you need to have a list of subscribers, approx. 3.000 so you can start monetization. But even after that you need to have an effective email sequence to attract the attention of your subscribers and get them buy your product.
